IMS Recruitment is recruiting Senior Cardiac Physiologist in Echocardiography for a public hospital in Gibraltar.

The client is seeking candidates for commencement at the earliest possible opportunity on a one year fixed term contract.
The post holder will be expected to perform transthoracic echocardiography but also a range of non-invasive diagnostics autonomously within the cardiology department.
The role will include performing and reporting a range of routine non-invasive cardiac investigations independently, working unsupervised in a range of invasive cardiology procedures. These will include non-invasive procedures, primarily echocardiography, but also including exercise testing and Holter analysis and also working within designated role as cardiac physiologist within the cardiac catheter laboratory undertaking invasive angiography/angioplasty/pacing lists.
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) Clinical Physiology (Cardiology)
- SCST Parts I and II Exams
- Completion of Practitioner Training Programme (PTP), Scientist Training Programme (STP) or equivalent (e.g. BSc in Clinical Physiology or HTEC MPPM with SCST Parts I and II).
- HCPC/AHCS/RCCP professional registration (or equivalent).
- RCCP Registered – Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (AHCS)
- 3 year’s minimum experience
- Available to start asap
- Must be a UK/ EU citizen.

- NHS scale salary range: £60,932 to £74,377 (pro rata based on experience)
